Februar 2025 ⏰ 13.00 - 17.00 You get homework until we meet in person, practical lifting and some articles 🏋️ 🌟 We continue with the most exciting, in-person at CrossFit Verftet Minde (Bergen) from 13 - 14 Sept 2025 Two days from 08.30 - 15.30 🏋️‍♀️ This time, you will make your own homework before we meet again To finish of the course we meet 📅 24 Sept 2025 ⏰ 13.00 - 17.00 for the exam, repetition and reflection.
